5 Star service!!!I normally don't write reviews but I am making an exception this time The Pool Doctor,while not the cheapest pool mob around, delivered an exceptional service above and beyond the service I was expecting I'd rather pay a little more and get things right the first time and not get jagged around and have to go back or chase up technicians The Pool Doctor staff are well trained and respectful and deliver old fashioned service that I thought was missing in this day and age Drive past the other guys and go straight to their Oxenford store, don't say I didn't tell you

We always purchase our pool supplies from Pool Doctor Gold Coast, I have always found they stock good quality chemicals and pool salt and offer good advice.We recently had our pool pump replaced - the team did a great job , turned up on time and made the process easy.Highly recommended.
We cannot thank Michaela, Kay and Josh enough for helping us fix severe stabiliser levels which was the result from a different pool shop. We were extremely stressed and worried about our brand new pool and the team at pool doctor helped us so much with advice, check up phone calls and testing our water levels. Pool doctor replaced my old cartridge filter with a brand new sand filter yesterday. From the initial conversation and quote in-store to the install the whole process was painless and professional. The value for money was also great.Thanks very much Pool Doctor.
